Refund Policy

Thank you for choosing our handcrafted acoustic panels. Each item is made to order according to your specific requirements, size and fabric color. As a result, we do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges, in accordance with EU consumer protection laws regarding custom-made goods.

No Refunds & No Returns

Under Article 16(c) and (e) of the EU Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU), the right of withdrawal does not apply to:

• Custom-made or personalized goods that are manufactured according to the buyer’s specifications.

• Goods that cannot be resold due to their tailored nature.

For this reason, once production has begun, cancellations are not possible, and we do not accept returns or issue refunds for:

• Change of mind.

• Incorrect measurements provided by the customer.

• Other non-defective reasons.

Damaged or Defective Items

While we take great care in crafting and shipping our products, if your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue. In such cases, we will assess the problem and arrange a resolution in compliance with applicable EU warranty and consumer protection laws.
